I am a sucker for a good book. This Oil & Glass book is filled with recipes, tips & tricks, and ideas on how to use your oils for all the things. I love looking through this book for roller recipes and to spark new ideas oily ideas! I absolutely love making DIY rollers for perfumes, plant based energy boosters, to support my body’s hormones, and so much more! When you make a roller you will need a carrier oil to help it apply smoothly and my favorite is a fractionated coconut oil. It goes on smoothly and doesn’t leave your skin too greasy. Some others I like to use are grape seed oil and jojoba oil.
